Frequently Asked
Questions
From custom furniture and cabinetry to small home improvements and cutting boards, our goal is to provide clear insight into our process and expertise.
What is the first step in starting a custom project?
The first step is to reach out to us with your idea. We'll discuss your vision, requirements, and preferences to understand the scope of your project. From there, we can provide an initial consultation and estimate.
How long does a typical project take to complete?
The timeline for each project varies depending on its complexity and size. On average, small projects like cutting boards can take a few days, while larger pieces like custom furniture or cabinets can take several weeks. We will provide a detailed timeline during the consultation phase.
Can I see progress updates during the build?
Yes, we keep you informed throughout the entire process. Regular updates, including photos and descriptions of the progress, are shared so you can see your project come to life and provide any necessary feedback.
What materials do you use for your projects?
We use only the highest quality materials, including a variety of woods and finishes, to ensure durability and beauty. Depending on your project, we can recommend specific materials that best suit your needs and aesthetic preferences.
